2. Sponsor

3. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of FinMC are ineligible to participate.
4. Release and Hold Harmless
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinMC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or regulatory penalties arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation. Entrants assume all legal liability for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local and state law.
5. How to Enter
Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or automated scripts will void all entries for that participant. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form at [LINK]. Entries must be received between [Start Date/Time] and Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
6. The Prize
The prize is $1,000.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
7. The Drawing & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time during a live Zoom event. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry immediately following the live announcement. The potential winner must respond to the email notification within 24 hours of the timestamp on the notification email to claim the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within the 24-hour window, that entry will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn randomly from the remaining eligible entries. The winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the email entry form to verify identity before the prize is officially awarded.
9. Privacy & Marketing Disclosures
By providing an email address, entrants agree to receive promotional communications from FinMC. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time, and opting out will not impact their odds of winning. Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the $1,000.00 prize. By participating, entrants release FinMC from any liability or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance of the prize.
11. Official Rules & Winner's List

For a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to FinMC, 101 Marketside Ave, Ste 404, PMB 318, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081, with "Night Rider Free Giveaway Winner's List" written on the outside of the envelope. Winner's list requests must be received no later than 60 days after the drawing date.
